2 restaurants! Big rooms. But the best is Shelle at the desk. I had a day of long lines, lots of walking through 2 airports (bna & cle), and I was done. Shelle greeted me like a long lost friend. It was just what I needed. The check in was easy and our banter brightened my day. 100% recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here this past weekend. I wish I got the lady's name who worked at the front desk ( she had blondish hair) She was super nice and provided excellent customer service especially when checking me in and out. My room was clean, nice hot showers. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. Great entertainment at the bar in the hotel friday night. My son really enjoyed the pool and his stay, was sad we had to leave lol. My only issue was the bathroom sink, the drain plug was broken so not functional but aside from that it was a great weekend. We will back in the future.

This hotel is horribly misrepresented on the hotel website. The hotel website show a nicely updated room and the lobby also appeared to have undergone recent updates, however the rooms do not match the pictures in any way. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, the first being over a year and a half ago. When I stayed last time, I felt the room was in poor condition, but was told they were being renovated. I decided to give it another shot, as the website boasted the newer rooms on their site. The hallways and rooms were even worse the second time around; the carpet has large trip hazards all the way down the hall from where it has come unglued and the lighting is dark. In the rooms, the mattresses were broken, the window treatment was falling off the rod, the sink was completely plugged (took over 30 minutes to drain after filling halfway up when my 7 year old brushed his teeth) and the rusted sink stopper was sitting on the bathroom counter when we arrived because it wouldn't stay up in the sink, allowing it to drain. Due to the fact that it was 10:30pm, and my kids needed to get to bed, I would have headed back to the front desk to complain that night. Instead, I

The ONLY problem I had is nothing is on site as advertised. Breakfast is 11.99 a person at the holiday Inn next door. The pool is at the holiday inn... as is the exercise room. If I would have known this I would have stayed somewhere else. Sharing these facilities with a much cheaper hotel means TWICE as many people in the pool. it's outrageous for a premium price. Wish I would have known.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. While the location was convenient and easily accessible to nearby restaurants and local activities, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Several issues impacted my stay. The room had cleanliness concerns, including bed sheets with visible stain marks and a strong odor. There were also maintenance problems such as clogged sinks and tubs. In addition, some advertised amenities were missing or not functional, including no microwave in the room and a broken ironing board. Customer service was inconsistent—some staff members were helpful and professional, while others were not welcoming or attentive, which made the experience frustrating at times. I also found there was no reliable access to a workable printing station as expected. Overall, while the location was a positive aspect, the condition of the room, missing amenities, and inconsistent service significantly affected the quality of my stay. I hope improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service for future guests.

When we first arrived, our air conditioner was not working in our room. We made the front desk aware and by the time we got back from dinner, it was already repaired. The woman at the desk when we checked in was super polite and wonderful. A different woman was nice enough to take care of the air conditioner for us. Also very polite wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.
